DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery
The Grand Romanson Online Store ships from the Netherlands and delivers within the EU.We offer free standard delivery throughout the Netherlands. One will then be delivered within 24 hours unless there is a delay with a third party. Forward outside the Netherlands and the delivery costs, different per country, these will appear in the shopping cart page.
The same day your package will be processed before 3 pm.
Grand Romanson deliveries are handled by PostNL or GLS. Deliveries are made between Monday and Saturday. You will receive an e-mail with a link to your track & trace code to track your package. If PostNL or GLS deliverer is unable to deliver the shipment, they will try the next. In addition, you will receive a card in your postbox in which the next offer will take place. You can contact our customer service through email for support and all your other questions. We will answer your e-mails within 2 working days.
Returns
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your product. Should you nevertheless consider it necessary to return a product, we try to keep this process as simple as possible. However, the withdrawal of the purchase of financial products is excluded.
If you return the purchase, you must return the item together with the original packaging and accompanying products To exercise the right of withdrawal.
you must notify us within the 30-day period that you are canceling the purchase (in writing by post, or e-mail). In addition, by law all products that you order through this website must comply with the agreement, see further below under the heading “damaged items”.
Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you take possession of the good from a third party by you, who is not the carrier. If you have ordered several goods in the same order that are delivered separately, then the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you physically take possession of the last good from a person designated by you, who is not the carrier.
1a- Return of unwanted products:
If the agreement is canceled within 30 days, please contact us by e-mail (info@grandromanson.eu) with a return request with the corresponding order information. We will then send the return label with the accompanying instructions. Stick this return sticker on the shipping box and do not forget to include the order details in the package. The return costs of return are for the consumer. You are also liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If there are no signs of use and damage, Grandromanson.eu will refund the purchase amount to your account. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction. Grandromanson.eu waited for a refund until the goods were received. Grandromanson.eu bears no responsibility for lost and / or damaged return packages.
1b - Return of incorrect or damaged items:
If there are incorrect or damaged items, we as Grandromanson.eu are responsible to exchange it with the correct or new items. The consumer does not have to pay return costs for this. You must request a return request via email. We will deal with the situation in consultation. For lost or damaged packages, Grand Romanson will start an investigation with the delivery service. In cases of returns as described under headings 1a and 1b, all items including offers, gifts, gifts and promotional materials are offered to be returned. Incomplete returns are not accepted until the defective parts have been received. As a result of the incomplete return, Grandromanson.eu will not make any refunds.
